“I am Daisy Borba and have been investing and managing personal property in the Tri-Valley area since 1989. I have shared a passion for finding properties that “pencil out” as keen investments and have learned from experience what it takes to properly screen and keep good tenants. Daisy is a third generation Orange County native who attended college across the Bay at Menlo College where she played on the women’s volleyball team and earned a BS in Business Admin.

Brady Walsh

Brady Walsh grew up in the Bay Area on the Peninsula and moved in Pleasanton in the late 1990’s. He joined Keller Williams full time in 2004. Brady has a construction project planning background and experience renting and fixing and “FLIPPING” properties from an investment standpoint. He knows how to locate and identify a good value for a renter, buyer or investor. He specializes in finding people the right property whether they want to rent it for themselves or buy for themselves. Brady is a full time Realtor and Property Manager in the Tri-Valley area and he has good knowledge of the Piedmont Oakland Hills market as well since he has invested there as well.
